We accept Aetna, Cigna, most Blue Cross plans, and most United Healthcare plans. 


We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Workers Compensation.  Individuals pursuing any disability or personal injury claim are not accepted as patients. We do not accept any individuals taking chronic pain narcotics, or currently taking any other opiate drugs (e.g. Vicodin, Percocet, Oxycontin) or currently taking benzodiazepine medications (e.g. Xanax, Valium). We do not accept individuals with any suicidal tendencies or who have been arrested.

Mondays and Fridays (9AM to 4PM)

Tuesdays (9AM to 6PM)

Every other Saturday (10AM to 4PM)

Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays
